Conscious Parenting Workshop & Meditation for Moms

  • Mountain Lakes Club 18 Lake Drive Mountain Lakes, NJ (map)

Do you wish to support your child(ren) in a more conscious manner, while keeping yourself centered?

Join Maria Sanders, Parent Coach, and Tiffany Curren, Yoga Instructor & Breathwork Facilitator, for this beautiful 90 minute workshop & class.

During this event, Maria will help parents to understand the concept of conscious parenting. We will look at the components of being a conscious parent, help parents to begin to create a more fulfilling parent-child relationship, and will offer a lively Q&A and discussion.

Following the workshop, Tiffany will lead you in gentle movement to connect the body and mind to the breath, provide breathing techniques meant to create calm, and will end with a guided meditation to leave you feeling centered, empowered, and whole.
